Communication probabilities were calculated after adjusting for the number of cells in each cluster. The displayed interactions are derived from all examined mouse models. P -values are computed from a permutation test by randomly permuting the cell group labels (100 permutations), and then recalculating the communication probability. Only significant interactions ( p -value < 0.05) are shown.
