Average normalized gene expression of selected genes for E18.75 versus P0 in the original data (top) and normalized expression of the same genes as a function of C-section timepoints (bottom) for hepatocytes, brown adipocyte cells and alveolar type 1 cells. Gene expression is normalized to total UMIs per cell and plotted as the natural logarithm. The line of gene expression was plotted using the geom_smooth function in ggplot2.
