A heatmap displaying the genomic expression of 10 Methanomassiliicoccales and four Methanobrevibacter genomes from G. 16, G. 21, and G. 22 significantly differing in the LME and HME sheep. The expression of these genomes between the two groups was standardized using the Z -score method, and an average value was calculated.
