Microscopy from Scientific Research

Two-color labeling of exsanguinated adult mouse pancreatic tissue labeled with both Rhobo6 (white) and an anti-collagen-I-Atto647N (cyan) antibody. Tissue was labeled by bathing for 1 h with both probes, and imaged with a confocal microscope. The image shows three-dimensional reconstruction of the 106 m × 106 m × 100 m volume.
