Detection of transcripts processed by DSSs in UBC . RT-PCR amplification of UBC from HEK293 cells reveals a ladder of bands. The experiment was performed in three biological replicates. The schematic on the right side displays the composition of the transcript isoforms, which were sequenced through Sanger sequencing.
