Isolated CD8+ T cells were cultured in vitro with alpha-IL-12b or alpha-IL23a neutralizing antibodies, with or without conditioned media from IFNalpha/gamma-induced Ly6E(hi) neutrophils (L), and the levels of activated CD25+CD8+ T cells were determined by flow cytometry (n = 5 mice/group).
