Glucose metabolism modulates the interferon response in WT islets. Dissociated islets from WT mice were cultured in RPMI supplemented with 5 mM glucose or 5 mM glucose together with 10 μM GKA. 48 h later, islets were treated for 24 h with 800 u/mL IFNα. Each dot represents RNA expression levels from 30 islets isolated from AdarKO mice (n = 4).
