Signal quantification of PLA monitoring BCAR3-FMNL3 interaction in situ, coupling HA-BCAR3 and Flag-FMNL3 antibodies in MDA-MB-231 cells with indicated engineering. P -values were calculated by Brown-Forsythe and Welch ANOVA tests with Dunnett’s T3 testing for multiple comparisons. In all box plots, the center line indicates the median, the box marks the 75th and 25th percentiles and the whiskers indicate 10 to 90 percentile values.
