Parameter estimates from the spatiotemporal diffusion analysis used to generate AF dynamic maps along with 95% confidence intervals. Results are shown for permissive and strict filter genotype call sets for time periods before and after 2,000 years before present. The selection coefficient estimates indicate that selection likely operated early in the history of the allele, during the Late Neolithic and Bronze Age. The bars show 95% confidence intervals.
