Generation of graphs with cubic symmetry to form our datasets. SRV graphs are generated by placing nodes along the edges of the SRV and connecting them to form a sequence, ensuring self-connectivity and cell-to-cell connectivity. Random node placement and sequence connection allow us to create a large pool of diverse graphs. Relative density, is randomly sampled from a uniform distribution , in the range 0.05–0.25. The strut radius, , is accordingly obtained by , where L is the unit cell size, l ij is the strut length between node i and j , and N is the number of struts.
