PL spectra (bottom) obtained from IXs at different electric fields in the full-cavity device A, excited by a laser power of 50 nW. In the vicinity of E z -120 mV nm -1 , the exciton emission is aligned with the differential reflectance (DR) dip (top). A notable enhancement of the collected PL intensity is present in the condition of exciton-cavity matching. This dataset is a subset of the full field-dependent spectra shown with a linear scale in Fig. 2a .
