An asymmetric subunit containing structural and bonding modules is positioned to generate the desired architectures. Gaps in between these two modules are connected by rigid junction modules. To ensure bonding directionality, junction modules generated by RFdiffusion or the template-based helical fusion protocol WORMS rigidly bridge between two interfaces. Many alternative backbones can be generated in silico for stabilizing module gaps at the specified orientation (grey junction region).
