In the off-ADM mITT population, pridopidine treatment was associated with a slower rate of decline in cUHDRS scores compared with placebo. Maximal differences were observed between weeks 26 and 52, with nominal statistical significance at weeks 26 ( P =0.004), 39 ( P =0.014) and 52 ( P =0.035).
