Gel from Scientific Research

10-fold serial dilution of wildtype, arg4∆, arg56∆ haploid strains of S288c, M, T, and MT strains were spotted on YPD (2%), YPE (2%), YPG (2%), and YPEG. The pictures were taken after two days for YPD and four days for YPE, YPG, and YPEG hours of incubation at 30 °C.
