Comparison of hold-out test set absolute errors between the ChronoGauge ensemble (CG x100) and competing CT prediction methods including ZeitZeiger (ZZ), Taufisher (TF), partial-least-squares-regression ensemble (PLSR x100), MolecularTimetable (MTT), and TimeSignatR (TS). Comparison included for an RNA-seq test set, an ATH1 microarray set, and an AraGene microarray set. Bonferroni adjusted P-values shown from a one-tailed Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Methods using within-study-normalization (WSN) listed.
