Atom validity is independent of molecule size. Valid atoms are defined as atoms whose number of closest neighbours <= their natural valence. A molecule is valid if all its atoms are valid. Before the hydrogenation step, atom validity is 99%, after adding H atoms, the validity slowly decreases but remains above 90%.
