Bubble Plot from Scientific Research

Dot plots showing the upregulated Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways (Benjamini and Hochberg false discovery rate q < 0.05 and fold-change of >=1) obtained from one-sided gene-set-enrichment analysis for different fibrosis stages (F0/1, F2, F3, F4). The size of the dot is on the basis of gene count enriched in the pathway, and the color of the dot shows the pathway enrichment significance.
