Line Plot from Scientific Research

Fluorescence was measured in the extracellular space in the tissue/cell area, with subsections of the cytoplasm and nucleus, over the 4-min time-lapse video. Fluorescence intensity was observed to peak at 3.5 min in the cytoplasm followed by a reduction in cell staining. Data points from a single video are provided; the experiment was repeated with five independent tissue samples. Scale bar, 20 µm.
