Heatmap from Scientific Research

A benchmark summary of mosaic variant detection in single sample. AUPRC of the detection strategies are shown within four VAF ranges (very low ≤5%, low >5 and ≤10%, medium >10 and ≤25%, and high >25%). The median value of the AUPRC within the four VAF ranges was used for the representatives for each depth in SNV detection (125x, 250x, 500x and 1,100x). Call set consistency is shown in three different types of call set: true positives (TP), nonvariant false positives (FP-nv) and germline variant false positives (FP-g).
