Partitioned F1 scores of shared mosaic SNVs were calculated in 16 areas with the combinations of the four VAF range groups (very low ≤5%, low >5 and ≤10%, medium >10 and ≤25%, and high >25%). NA, not evaluated (could not assign positive controls). Combinations of the best-performing approaches within each combinational VAF area are shown for shared SNVs in 1,100x data with 39 truth sets.
