Synthetic zinc finger (ZF) proteins harboring indicated effector domains were designed to target the human ICAM1 promoter. Relative ICAM1 expression (bottom) at 72 h after indicated ZF fusion protein-encoding plasmids were transfected. All samples were processed for qPCR at 72 h post-transfection in HEK293T cells.
