Representative immunofluorescence images of paraffin-embedded human CRC tissue sections stained with anti-SLC26A3 (green) and anti-CDX2 (red) antibodies. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue). SLC26A3 expression is predominantly observed in the apical membrane of normal colonocytes, while CDX2 is expressed in the nuclei.
