Bar Plot from Scientific Research

HeLa cells were transfected with pCMV vector or pCMV-Myc-RXR plasmid, along with pcDNA3.1-pre-miR-103a-2 plasmid and pcDNA3.1 vectors containing M2 and M5 genes, and the relative RNA levels of pre-miR-103a-2 and miR-103 were analyzed. To exclude the interference due to the transfection efficiency, neomycin gene in the pcDNA3.1 vector but not in the pCMV vector was used as an internal control for normalization.
